您好！关于新生报到事宜，请您查看入学通知书。如果逾期不来报道，将被视为自动放弃。为了方便管理，请您为您的孩子各自报名分别注册用户名和密码，并录入相关信息。同时，请准备2张近期的一寸免冠照片。

我们提醒您，必须按照报名要求如实提交所有必要材料。如果在审核过程中对证明材料的真实性、合法性和有效性有疑问，请提供相关补充材料，我们将积极配合相关部门进行核实。一旦发现提供虚假材料，将取消入学资格，由此产生的后果由家长自行承担。

报到的具体流程如下：请您 checks whether all the required materials are prepared, including the original and photocopy of each parent's ID card and the two completed "Registration Information Forms" (one for each child) printed from the internet. Then, one parent representative should log in to the school with their original ID cards and help the school check in all the children. After that, the school will issue a student folder with a number. The original ID cards and photocopies of the forms should be returned and kept by the school. Finally, the school will review the documents and log in to the online enrollment system to check the录取 results.

If your child is unable to attend school due to health reasons, you should apply for an extension at the local school. A medical diagnosis certificate or record from a hospital at or above the regional level is required, and the school will report this to the education technology department for record purposes. Approval can only be granted after approval from the relevant authorities.

Please provide all the necessary materials, including the originals and photocopies of each item, and put them all in a folder (folder to be provided by yourself, please write the name of the folder on the front). The items should be organized according to the following categories: "1. Payment Information", "2. Enrollment Information", "3. Health Record", and so on. Please note that you need to register your child personally and hand in the completed folders.
